See our process

  • The site location, a rough idea of what you want to build and any drawings or photos you already have. A land certificate (SHM, the Indonesian freehold title) or lease details also help.

  • The form opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. Once you send the message, we reply there to arrange a time for the site survey.

  • Our office is in Tegallalang and we work in Gianyar and surrounding areas. If your site is further away, contact us and we will let you know.

  • Costs are set after the site survey, in a written RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya, an itemised cost estimate). The price and schedule apply once you agree to the RAB.
