Ask a question
  • Costs are set after the site survey, in a written RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya, an itemised cost estimate). The price and schedule apply once you agree to the RAB.

  • It depends on the size and type of work. The agreed schedule sets out each stage with planned dates, so you know the timeline before work starts.

  • Payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts, together with the RAB and the schedule.

  • Any maintenance period is written into the agreement for your project. Ask about it during the consultation so it is clear from the start.
