Who we are

Data you send us

The consultation form does not send anything to our server. When you press "Continue to WhatsApp", your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you typed: name, WhatsApp number, type of work, project location, approximate size, planned start and any notes. The message is only sent if you press send in WhatsApp. From then on it is handled through WhatsApp, under the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp.

We use these details to reply to you, arrange a site survey and prepare a cost estimate. We do not sell them.

Data collected automatically

• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time) to run and protect the site.
• Only if you allow analytics cookies, we count page views with a random ID stored in a first-party cookie. We record the page path, the referring page and that ID. No third party receives it.

Legal basis

We process personal data in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. We rely on your consent for analytics and on the steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement when you request a consultation.

How long we keep data

Analytics records are kept for up to 13 months. Conversations about a project are kept as long as needed for the project and any follow-up, and as required by law.

Your rights
