These terms apply to your use of this website, run by PT Mekar Karya Nusantara. By using the site you agree to them. Construction work itself is governed by the written agreement made for each project.

Information on this website

Service descriptions, photos and renders are general information. They are not an offer and do not set a price, specification or timeline for your project. Pictures marked as illustrative are stock photos that show the type of work, not our projects.

Costs and schedule

Costs and schedules are set after a site survey, in a written cost estimate (RAB) and schedule. They apply only once both parties have agreed to the RAB and the schedule in writing. Payment terms and any maintenance period are part of that agreement.

Consultation requests

Sending a consultation request through WhatsApp does not create an obligation for you or for us. We reply to arrange a survey or to let you know if the work falls outside what we do.

Intellectual property

Text, logos, drawings and photos of our projects on this site belong to PT Mekar Karya Nusantara or are used with permission. Stock photos are used under the Pexels License.

Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or online. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
