How we work

Five steps, each one in writing

Trust is easier when you can check the work. These are the documents and moments you can expect on every project.

  1. Step 1: Site survey

We visit the site, take measurements and note access, ground conditions and anything already standing.

    Survey notes and measurements

  2. Step 2: Written cost estimate

Materials, quantities and labour are listed line by line in a RAB, so you can see what each part costs before you agree.

    Itemised RAB document

  3. Step 3: Agreed schedule

The work is split into stages with planned dates. The schedule is agreed together with the RAB, before work starts.

    Stage-by-stage schedule

  4. Step 4: Progress reports

During construction you receive updates with photos, showing which stages are done against the schedule.

  5. Step 5: Handover

We walk through the finished work with you, check it against the agreed scope and hand the project over.
